Drive your car in Davao. Self Drive rentals is getting popular these days in the city due to the added convenience and privacy. Also, with the development of modern navigation tools, such as Waze and Google maps, travelers gained confidence and desire roaming the city by their own.

Rates

Daily rate starts at P2,500 per day for the Sedan and limited within city. Price varies for bigger vehicles and destinations outside the city areas. Special rates for long term rentals (weekly, monthly) and returning clients.

How to Reserve

After contacting any sales staff from the company and decide to book a car, you will be directed to step 1.
1) Send the required documents (soft-copy) to AJDavao88@gmail.com for assessment.
2) Wait for the advise for the approval and availability.
3) Settle the required reservation fee.
4) Booking confirmation will be sent thru email.

Self Drive Requirements

Car rental company requires proper identification for self drive rentals. Below are the basic requirements.
1) Driver’s License
2) Government Issued IDs
3) Proof of residence (House bill, Water bill, hotel accommodation)
4) Air-ticket – if applicable

Releasing self drive units

When approved and booked, you are now ready to pickup your requested vehicle. The rental company have the option to deliver at the airport or to where you stay with minimal delivery charge applies. Delivery charge to airport and downtown areas is P300. Delivery charge will vary for areas outside downtown and outside the city.

There are few things to check and comply for self drive rentals. 1) Check the general appearance of the vehicle: body dents, paint scratches, windshield and windows, interior damages, tires, rims. 2) Driving condition of the vehicle: Fuel, Brake, lights, oil and fluids, coolant, steering, unwanted engine sound, body noise.

Need to comply the following: 1) rental contract. 2) full payment and cash deposit. 3)Lacking documents

Follow what is agreed in the contract to avoid inconveniences. If you have questions and confusion , immediately ask for clarification. The rental company is flexible as long as terms and needs are discussed accordingly.

Returning self drive units

The car rental company has the option to pickup the rented vehicle at the airport or any place requested by the renter. Minimal charge of P300 applies for airport or Davao downtown area. Pickup fee for other areas outside downtown or out of the city will vary.

Things to check: 1) Appearance : Dents and scratches, windshield, tires, Interiors, etc. 2) Driving : Fuel 3) Contract and additional charges if applicable. 4) Refund of cash deposit. Damages incurred during the use of the vehicle will be assessed accordingly and estimated repair cost shall be paid by the renter. Cash deposit will be refunded once damages is settled.
